Started the week great but fell to Friday's 600 pips drop. Even with the smart recovery system in place, it hit a SL. I will still continue running this EA as it is still in overall profits and the fact that it hit SL instead of letting the account go to margin call or blow up, speaks volume about it.

Smart Traders: Look at the overall performance, be thankful the account survived the massive drop, instead of blowing it and then having to deposit again and again. Smart traders will continue to run it and monitor the performance accordingly.

Not So Smart Aka Greedy Traders: Gets very angry at the poor results, unhappy the account didn't get 1000% and didn't flip. Decided to change EA and go for a very high risk one to gain more profits and 'recover' from this loss.

Alright, go on ahead. You will never find a profitable EA if you judge it based on just one day's poor performance. To be honest, I wouldn't even consider this a bad day. A market that drops that fast and a small account like this can still survive is already a big BIG WIN. Of course, this isn't enough for you big players out there, eh?
